As Arabtec continues to consolidate its position as a leading construction company in the UAE, it is building on this success beyond the Emirates’ borders. An exciting phase of growth is already underway as the company executes major projects in Qatar, Syria, Jordan, Pakistan and Russia. The emerging markets in India and Libya will soon add to Arabtec’s growing global presence.
Strategic partnerships are playing a key role in Arabtec’s global expansion. In Qatar, Arabtec has partnered with Nasser Bin Khaled Ready Mix Company, as a joint venture company; 51% owned by Nasser Bin Khaled Al Thani & Sons Holding Company and 49% owned by Arabtec. At the same time, Arabtec Pakistan, Ptd. has entered into a joint venture with ENSHAA Holdings Limited, a Pakistan–based company to construct Karachi Financial Towers.
The latest alliance is named Arabtec Saudi Arabia, a partnership with CPC Services Company, a member of the Saudi Bin Laden Group and Prime International Group Services Limited. Arabtec Saudi Arabia has the potential of becoming one of the leading construction companies in the kingdom, especially given the enormous volume of projects announced by His Majesty King Abdulla Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud to be completed over the next few years.
With an increasing number of diverse contracts being signed and new markets being explored, the company has increased revenues and improved profit margins. Arabtec’s proven track record of commitment to quality construction and business partnerships continues with its new projects not only in the GCC region but also further global expansions.
