Mr. Ghanma started as a Construction Manager at Arabtec Construction L.L.C in the early 1990’s. During his career he has launched successful new divisions. Among these divisions are the Arabtec Eastern Model (2004), an architectural model division, Arabtec Precast; and Arabtec Slipform and Arabtec Trading (2007).

He has also worked on projects like Ajman City Center, Bu HaSA Residential Complex, Ghantoot Racing and Polo Club and DIFC Gate Village among others.

Mr. Ghanma’s career escalated from managerial levels and he was appointed to the post of Executive Director in 2004. Among his current supervisory responsibilities are Arabtec Precast Co., Arabtec Saudi Arabia and Arabtec Jordan, in addition to several prestigious projects in Dubai.

Mr. Ghanma was appointed Member of the Board of Directors of Arabtec Holding, PJSC in March 2008.

Mr. Ghanma holds a B.Sc and an M.Sc with Honors in Civil Engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington.
