Arabtec Construction LLC, a subsidiary of Arabtec Holding, has concluded a Partnership agreement with CPC Services Company, a member of the Saudi Bin Laden Group and PRIME INTERNATIONAL GROUP SERVICES LTD a wholly owned subsidiary of a leading Saudi group engaged in diverse investments and business activities in KSA, to establish Arabtec Saudi Arabia.

The aim of Arabtec Saudi Arabia is to play a key role in the ongoing growth of the Saudi construction and infrastructure market. The company is well placed to accomplish this through available and substantial Arabtec resources currently present in the UAE, ranging from management, skilled labor, to equipment and know how. This invaluable experience has been acquired through building high-rise and residential developments as well as other construction projects for which Arabtec has been well recognized.

Arabtec is honored to be a part of setting up Arabtec Saudi Arabia in alliance with its new Saudi Partners. In addition, Arabtec is pleased to announce that it is making the necessary arrangements to start immediate mobilization of its workforce and equipment to the Kingdom in order to participate in a major project that has been secured by one of the partners.

Arabtec and its partners feel that through this alliance, Arabtec Saudi Arabia has the potential of becoming one of the leading construction companies in the Kingdom, especially given the enormous volume of projects announced recently by his Majesty King Abdulla Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud to be completed over the next few years.
