Arabtec Engineering Services (LLC), a subsidiary of Arabtec Holding PJSC has received a letter of acceptance from Dubai Municipality for Contract DS180 – House Connections and Miscellaneous Works, for the value of AED 150 Million.

The contract provides for the execution of house connections, rehabilitation works, construction of sewer and drains, pumping and lifts stations, pressure mains, and all related maintenance works necessary for the efficient operation of Sewerage, Drainage and Irrigation Systems in the Emirate of Dubai.

The contract also provides for emergency works to prevent or alleviate flooding or to provide a continuous service to the public as necessary at any time of day or night, for which an immediate and rapid deployment will be provided.

The duration of the contract is 28 months and covers the Emirate of Dubai including Hatta. This contract follows Contract DS 170 which was successfully completed by Arabtec in January 2009.
