Project Description

Arabtec Saudi Arabia has been awarded a contract for the construction of Married Junior Staff Housing, part of the Princess Nora Bint Abdulrahman University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The project is composed of 46 buildings: 10 buildings housed 4-bedroom apartment, 26 buildings are designed for 3-bedroom apartment and 10 buildings composed 2-bedroom apartment. Each building consists of 5 floors + ground floor. The project has a total floor area of 240,000 square metres.

Arabtec Saudi Arabia is an established partnership with CPC Services Company, a member of the Saudi Bin Laden Group and Al Mawrid Holding Co.
