Project Description

The Hanging Gardens is a project developed by the Amer Group with an estimated construction value, upon completion, in excess of EGP 300 million. The Hanging Gardens will be 121 residential buildings featuring 726 apartments. The design is inspired from Italian architecture and located at Golf Porto Sokhna, a residential and mixed-use vacation resort covering 2.2 million m2 of cliff face with spectacular views of the Red Sea. Gold Porto Sokhna is home to Egypt’s only mountaintop 18-hole championship golf course, the Telefric and an internationally-renowned Spa complex.
