Project Description

Umm Al Quwain Marina encompasses 6,000 villas and 2,000 townhouses. The total navigable water area, including marina and a set of canals, at Umm Al Quwain Marina is 450 acres. The project hosts many retail and leisure facilities including indoor gyms, tennis courts and swimming pools. Some 1,200 resort and hotel rooms are also being planned.

The project was completed in phases over 25 months.

The above order brings the total number of villas currently under construction by Arabtec to 2,801 including 759 villas for Emaar and 1,484 villas for Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Programme and 558 villas for Dubai Properties.
