Project Description

The AED 500 million Sanctuary Falls project aims to create a new benchmark in community living by being the first resort-style residential golf community in the UAE.

Launched in July 2007, the development has already received keen interest from both local and international home buyers and was awarded the “Best Golf Development” in the CNBC Arabian Property Awards 2007.

In 2008, the project was recognized as by CNBC International Property Awards in Florida as “Best International Golf Development”. At the same year, CNBC Arabian Property Awards 2008 awarded Sanctuary Falls with six regional awards as “Best Development”, “Best Golf Development”, “Best Architecture”, “Best Interior Design”, “Best Property”, “Best Property Marketing”.
