Project Description

The D1 Tower project fuses rich Middle Eastern heritage with today’s technology, quality and modernity. The stunning 82-storey tower with exclusive residents’ facilities; including a sky-rise lounge, private cinema, indoor pool, gymnasium and concierge services, is uniquely positioned adjacent to the majestic Palazzo Versace.

In fact, the D1 Tower Project incorporates luxury residential apartments situated in the heart of Cultural Village at the edge of Dubai Creek, adjacent to the most prestigious resort in the world.

Boasting an ellipsoidal shape, it has 529 luxury apartments including three levels of penthouse.

This is a joint venture project.
