Arabtec Construction L.L.C Russian Federation Branch was established in St. Petersburg, Russia in 2008. Arabtec Russia’s work capabilities span across the civil and engineering construction sector of high rise and residential and commercial developments as well as industrial developments and infrastructure.

The first project awarded to Arabtec Russia, was the Oktha Social and Business Centre, a 400 metre high-rise tower with an unique twisting design in the shape of a flame.*

*The Oktha Social and Business Centre was put on hold in the end of 2010.
