• Collects and reviews the short listed applications (CVs).• Administers written tests and conducts initial interviews with short listed candidates and make the necessary arrangements for further interviews with the department heads/project managers;• Communicates with candidates and concerned departments/projects on all areas of selection and interviews and checks and confirms candidates meeting all sponsorship requirements; • Ensures proper filing of short listed applicants, takes responsibility of proper documentation of all recruitment records;• Prepares various reports related to recruitment; number of CVs collected, number of interviews conducted, hiring status report, etc…• Coordinating with recruitment agencies and arranging out of country recruitment mission.• Advertising in local and overseas news paper.• Collecting documents for visa processing and arranging joining formalities.• Arranging out of country staff allocation.• Others HR duties as requested by i
