1. Oracle HCM (HR, Payroll, .) Consultant with a combination of strong Technical and Functional Financials Oracle eBusiness suite R12 skills, with primary responsibility to provide new implementation, roll out implementation and day to day support, maintenance and development services on Oracle HCM.2. Collaborates with other Oracle eBusiness suite R12 implementation guidelines, methodologies, and documentation he will develop and maintain the Oracle eBusiness suite R12 HCM modules HR, OAB, SSHR, and Payroll. Experience with iRecruitment, Compensation Workbench, Performance Management, UPK, and OBIEE, background in HR business processes, Oracle Grants configuration according to MOF functional requirements as well as integration with other modules.3. Ensure quality and consistency of Oracle HCM R12 business and process functional design, customization (if necessary), testing, and integration testing cycles and deliverables.
