    Arabtec Construction has been awarded an AED 157 million contract for the construction of Phases III and IV of Village E ‘Levana’ in the Uptown Cairo Master Project.

    Dubai, UAE – 22 May 2018 Arabtec Holding PJSC (‘Arabtec’ or ‘Group’), a leading contractor for social and economic infrastructure, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Arabtec Construction has been awarded an AED 157 million (EGP 755 million) contract for the construction of Phases III and IV of Village E ‘Levana’ in the Uptown Cairo Master Project.

    Uptown Cairo is an integrated development located in the heart of Egypt’s capital. The total built-up area of both phases is approximately 61,000 square metres. Phases III and IV entail the construction of 128 villas along with the surrounding roadworks and infrastructure.
